Harbor is a comprehensive behavioral health organization serving youth, adults, seniors, and families across Northwest Ohio. Founded in 1913, the organization operates from 24 locations and employs over 550 staff, including approximately 300 clinical professionals and more than 30 prescribers. Harbor serves over 30,000 individuals annually.
The organization provides a full spectrum of services including mental health treatment, substance use disorder treatment, developmental pediatrics, primary care, vocational rehabilitation, telehealth services, and an Employee Assistance Program. In 2023, Harbor opened a Mental Health Urgent Care facility offering same-day walk-in services without referral or appointment.
Harbor is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and certified by the Ohio Department of Behavioral Health. The organization's work is guided by its HELPS core values: Help First, Everybody, Learn & Grow, Positivity, and Safety.
