SearchCP

SearchCP is a specialised recruitment partner focused on the management consulting and advisory sectors. Founded in 2023, the firm operates across the Asia-Pacific region, serving clients in management consulting, advisory, eDiscovery, business intelligence, and risk consulting.

The company positions itself as a career partner rather than a transactional recruiter. Its approach includes interview coaching, cultural intelligence, and strategic guidance for candidates, built on principles of integrity, partnership, and transparency.

As a relatively young firm, SearchCP aims to fill a niche in consulting-sector recruitment with a relationship-driven model that emphasises long-term career outcomes for both candidates and hiring organisations.
