RnB Consultancy

RnB Consultancy is a recruitment and staffing consultancy that places professionals with organisations in four sectors: Life Sciences, Pharma, Engineering and High Tech. The firm acts as an intermediary between candidates and employers, matching talent to roles across these technical and scientific fields.

The company has a presence in the Netherlands and maintains a Dutch-language offering alongside its English-language communications. Its website, rnb-consultancy.com, is used to publish vacancies and to receive candidate introductions.

RnB Consultancy encourages candidates to introduce themselves directly rather than restricting applications to advertised openings, a practice that keeps its talent pool open to speculative approaches. Founding year, team size and further operational details are not published.
